Our offices are located on the Second Floor, accessible by both stairs and lift.
If you're using the stairs: Once you reach the Second Floor, ring the doorbell where a member of our team will greet you and welcome you to our Reception area.
If you’re using the lift: Upon exiting, head through the door directly opposite, which leads to our main entrance on the Second Floor.
For wheelchair or level access, please call the office upon arrival, and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

For visitors, we have a limited number of parking spaces available in our secure shared area. To ensure availability, please arrange your parking in advance and give us a call when you arrive.
There is also some non-permit, on-street parking across the Jewellery Quarter, as well as the following car parks:
NCP Arthur Place (5 minute walk)
Jewellery Quarter Multi Storey (7 minute walk)
NCP Birmingham Newhall Street (9 minute walk)
We offer secure cycle storage for 10+ bikes available in our ground-level parking area.
Upon arrival, please contact the office to access the storage facility.
