Our learning journey does not end when we complete our university studies. It is continued throughout our professional life, ensuring maintenance and development of our professional competence throughout our careers to give assurance to the public and those who use our architectural services.
PHd prides itself in offering a wide range of training possibilities to ensure all our employees have the skills necessary to carry out everyday tasks. This can be anything from updating software skills, to a broad spectrum of internal and external seminars as well as a range of courses through academic routes.
We regularly host new CPD topics delivered by experts in their field, specialists, manufacturers or suppliers to give us firsthand updates and knowledge about regulations, legislations, products etc.
Our internal focus groups serve as a platform for collaborative learning and knowledge sharing. Team members research specialised topics within their areas of interest and share their findings across the firm, promoting a culture of shared expertise and continuous improvement.
