Pinnegar Hayward Design undertook the delivery stages of this project with Hill Group. The project has already secured planning permission and the PHd residential teams role was to deliver the planning permission for 50 new homes.
Our role comprised the discharge of planning conditions, allow tor the design to meet NHBC standards and prepare the full construction pack for the site, house types and associated accommodation, we also undertook all the conveyancing plans. The team are well versed in providing comprehensive packs to house builders to minimise site queries and worked on site with the team as well to overcome any challenges and ensure the successful completion of the scheme.
