Nadine Burke

Nadine joined PHD in August 2023 as an Architectural Assistant and currently works mostly in the healthcare sector. She supports the team by utilising her skillset, which centres around drawing and presentation production.

Before joining the Practice, she completed her BA in Architecture (RIBA Part 1) at Birmingham City University. While studying full-time, she focused on public interactions and the use of space through the eyes of social injustices to inform her studio work. Her studio projects also focused on tackling waste issues, using no new materials in her work. She took this to the extent of making her own paper from waste materials to present her work, which became a selling point for her final project.

Outside of working, Nadine has a keen interest in walking and hiking.  She spends time visiting friends scattered across the UK, and she loves the chance to explore a new city.

Nadine is an Instagram content creator. She feels privileged to work with some amazing brands and is invited to lots of incredible events as a result.
