Simon Wills

Simon is a highly experienced architect and lead consultant with over 30 years of industry experience across all sectors.

In his early career, he focused on the private sector, undertaking large-scale, high-profile, award-winning mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects. More recently, he has specialised in public sector projects, from large-scale hospital master planning to the delivery of complex multi-phased projects and estate maintenance programmes.

Projects in healthcare have been in Acute, Primary Care, Mental Health and Secure settings, with education projects in Primary, Secondary, Further and Higher Education.

Simon epitomises PHd’s director-led and client-focused approach by utilising his extensive experience to ensure that projects are personally led by him, ensuring that effective and clear objectives are not only set but also met throughout the project.

Away from the office, Simon is an FA-qualified coach involved in grassroots football and can often be found wandering around a golf course, claiming that he used to be better than this when he was younger!
