PHd oversaw the design and construction of the Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge at Heathrow Airport's newly completed Terminal T2A, costing £1.2 million. This fast-track project made the lounge one of the first executive spaces to open in the £2.5 billion terminal.
The lounge features bespoke joinery and intricate ceiling designs, aligning with Aer Lingus' global lounge refit program. The design underscores luxury and refinement with all the facilities you'd expect from a premium executive lounge. The area is strategically lit with natural light, creating a welcoming, quiet, and reflective environment. The creative design not only meets its practical needs but also improves the overall passenger experience, establishing a new global standard for executive lounges.
