Following competitive tender PHd was appointed as Architect and lead consultant to deliver this hybrid scheme for a family business Drywall Steel Sections on a site purchased in Wolverhampton.
The scheme consists of a bespoke 39,633ft2 manufacturing facility, including offices, warehousing, and distribution. The external facade of the building has been designed to be bright and inviting, incorporating the company branding. The site also includes a further 17 industrial units comprised of 4 terraces, totalling 43,604ft.
