Matt Parish

Matt leads the team in the feasibility and delivery of Industrial and Commercial Schemes for developers and repeat clients alike, with involvement from conception through to completion.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in architecture, including 14+ years with PHD, and has worked in all disciplines over that period. Starting in residential, Matt has also worked in retail, motor retail, education, commercial and security, although he is now predominantly focused on Industrial developments for both speculative and bespoke clients. Matt most recently led the team, delivering a high-spec, highly secure, state-of-the-art HQ building for an aircraft controls systems manufacturer in Gloucestershire.

When his knees allow, Matt enjoys running and has completed numerous half-marathons. He is also a long-suffering season ticket holder at Aston Villa FC and a keen amateur chef.

Matt was the proud holder of the North Birmingham land yachting speed title, reaching 32.7 mph in 2005!
