Technical lead from concept to completion, including production of information from planning to construction. Manages workload and resourcing. Liaises with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

With over 18 years of experience, David has worked across various sectors, with the majority focused on healthcare. Projects have covered acute, primary care, and mental health services, ranging from refurbishments to extensions and new builds with values from £100k to £6m.

David has a keen attention to detail and the ability to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly. This allows him to think creatively, find solutions not previously considered, and resolve non-standard details.

David has an eclectic taste in music, and he loves attending live gigs or festivals to enjoy his favourite bands. Apart from music, he is also interested in various activities outside of work, such as hiking, reading, and exploring new cultures.

Many people, including a recent photographer, have told David that he looks like comedian Lee Evans. However, he's still not convinced.
