This transformed Learning Street at Holden Lane Primary School in Stoke is a testament to our creative design concepts. The project involved the complete fit-out of the street, containing drop down tables, storage units, reading booths, and private education spaces tailor made to each period group. PHd utilised Revit and a VR presentation to interpret the cutting-edge design idea to the school. The finished scheme, delivered on a fast-track programme over the summertime holidays, has constituted an exceptional education space namely sure to inspire all stakeholders.
This was a specifically challenging project, as the Head of the School had been let down by previous design processes by different parties, leading to a bland and dull space. The result provided the pupils and lecturers with a marvellous learning scope away from a traditional schoolroom environment.
