Tim Sullivan

Tim joined Pinnegar Hayward Design in July 2023, working in the educational, leisure and commercial side of the company, focussing on technical design solutions and providing on-site support during the construction phase of developments.  His experience spans a career of 40 years, working in various typologies, from residential, retail, commercial, and industrial to custodial, on both new builds and renovations/extensions, from client-facing to design development and detailing.

He has a proven track record in design development, detailing, and construction delivery of projects. He has recently delivered several leisure centre refurbishments and extensions through the detail development and construction phases to completion, most recently the extension to a sixth form college. His knowledge and experience within the sector bring valuable support to the practice.

Outside of Pinnegar Hayward, Tim has interests in walking, cricket, rugby, and meditation.

Originally from New Zealand, he studied occupational therapy but changed his direction to complete a degree in architecture at the University of Auckland. He has chosen to make the West Midlands home for the past 19 years.
