The University of Wolverhampton, in partnership with Paveaways Construction, completed the £1.4m 'Innovative Product Development' building in November. This new addition to the Telford campus showcases the University's expertise in specialized engineering. The project involved a 700m² extension and extensive alterations within the existing 'SC' Building.
The construction was particularly complex, as it required daily coordination to accommodate the client's teaching activities and the live campus environment. The design architect for the project was 'Associated Architects'.
