Completed in Q1 of 2019, this PHd designed facility comprises a new 22,000 sqft facility for Allsee Technology. It houses its UK distribution facility, multiple showrooms, technical support centre and head offices.
The sleek black monolith & high-tech appearance echo the products and services that Allsee have become a market leader in – Digital Signage OEM.
Concurrent to achieving a site development density of just under 50% the scheme still integrated improvements to wildlife habitat and arboreal cover, an important factor being located immediately adjacent to Woodgate Valley Country Park.
The scheme was so successful for the client that they have commissioned PHd for an additional larger £6m facility to support their expanding business needs.
