Plot 1B is the third plot within the wider Redhill Business Park in which PHd have delivered several projects.
The development includes 12No new build speculative units varying between 2,000 – 5,200 sqft, and totalling 35,000 sqft.
PHd have supported the client through all work stages, from land purchase through planning, tender and now construction.
The project’s success has led the client to now purchase neighbouring land, with the intention to link into plot 1B to develop further speculative units in the future.
