Sam has extensive front-end experience in a client-facing role, leading projects from conception to construction, mainly in the Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors. He now leads a team to assist with his day-to-day projects, with a key focus on maximising the potential of sites and developments and meeting the client’s requirements.
His journey with Pinnegar Hayward began as a work experience student during his undergraduate tenure at Birmingham City University in 2017, transitioning to a full-time role in 2018. Sam has pursued continuous growth throughout his professional ascent, balancing part-time studies to attain his master's degree and professional charter.
Beyond the office, Sam finds fulfilment in DIY projects, gym sessions, and support for West Ham. Weather permitting, he enjoys taking his motorcycle out for scenic day trips. At home, Sam cherishes the companionship of two miniature dogs, Archie, the seasoned Yorkshire Terrier, and Lincoln, the Dachshund.
