Sylwia is a leading member of one of PHd’s specialist healthcare teams. She oversees all aspects of the project, from the initial brief and inception through detailed design to construction information and site supervision. As part of the management team, her duties also include resource and programme management and mentoring junior members of staff.
With a career spanning over twenty years in various midland practices, Sylwia has honed her skills in different types of projects, eventually specialising solely in healthcare design. Her expertise is evident in the broad experience she has gained over the past 15 years at PHd, working on numerous healthcare buildings of various sizes, from small refurbishments, extensions, and alterations to large extensions, conversions, and new builds.
However, what keeps her happy is playing with shapes and colours! She often helps our interior design team with concept designs, mood boards and colour themes, either as part of the projects or in between her other duties.
Outside of work, her interests change with seasons and the weather, the only constant being a cup of coffee nearby.
